If you have a personal web site, and you support the aims outlined here, you too can join and display the award and you will be entered in the prize draw competitions - but we will only list selected web sites.

  • you wish to promote human rights/peace
  • you don't advocate or condone violence
  • you wish to promote real humanitarian values
  • you'll not use the Award to "score" political points
  • The ETA does not have the resources to evaluate specific causes or sites - this means we have to trust you totally to respect what the Award stands for - never abuse this privilege.
  • The use of the Award doesn't indicate that we endorse any specific cause or site - it indicates that you support the principles we have outlined.

Aims:

  • to raise awareness about human rights and humanitarian issues
  • To promote international education and global friendship through education (in due course this might involve: exchanging or donating educational materials - books, computers, etc; student/teacher/trainer exchanges; Education Camps; Training the Trainer; expert workshops through live chats; and lots more)
